When you send us a request through this site we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, county, your property location or the boundary you trace on the map, and the work you describe. We also collect basic visit statistics — which pages were viewed and which link or ad you arrived from — through our analytics. To protect the request form from abuse, we record the network address a request is sent from for up to seven days. It is not used for anything else and is not shared.

We use your information to contact you about your request, to plan and quote the work, and to see which of our links and ads bring people to the site. That is all.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email or texts unless you have told us you want them. We do not share your property location with anyone outside Maitland Land & Lease, except the contractors we bring to do your work.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see where they come from. You can block it with your browser settings.
